How It all works...
Step 1
Well, of course the very first step to take once you have perused my website is to get in contact with me. You can do this by email or phone, or fill out the form on the contact page.
I will get back to you as soon possible!
I will get back to you as soon possible!
Step 2
We will arrange a meeting and I will travel to meet you and your horse at his/her own yard. There, I will gather as much information as I can from you about your horse and the problem(s) you are experiencing.
Step 3
I will then observe your horse with you, and if possible, observe them acting out their unwanted behaviour, only if it is safe to do so. I will never ask you to do something you are not completely happy to do or are uncomfortable with. If at any point you are unhappy in a situation, please speak up.
Your safety and the welfare of your horse are paramount!
At this point I may also suggest various exercises which may help while I continue onto step 4!*

step 4
After my visit I will return home and assess the situation with further thought.
I will then write a report and send you a tailor made training programme for you and your horse!
If you experience any hiccups or have any questions you can contact me and I will do my best to help.
If necessary I will revisit to assist you, and together, we will get you and your horse living happily in harmony again ;)

*If at this stage I believe the unwanted behaviour is being caused by pain or ill fitting tack, then i will suggest booking an appointment with a qualified vet and/or saddle fitter.
